HI ZPH School Cherlopalli Villiage Family Members Welcome...........................................I am very happy to share you that ZPH School started in 1965 and reaching towards Golden Jubilee....
On this occasion we would like to felicitate our school in such way that it will run towards Diamond Jubliee successfully by sharing lot of knowledge to future generations ahead......
As a part of this road map to Golder Jubliee and Daimond Jubliee we have started consulting and gathering our old students. We conducted some meetings to find what we can do for our school. Ideas and opinions we gathered. Few people gathered at our school On 30th June 2013 few of our school students gathered and expressed their views. Below are the minutes of the meeting on 30th June 2013

- Records about all old students to be collected.
- Records regarding teachers who worked in this school till now
- All students contact numbers and addresses
- Golden Jubliee Celebration contribution.
- Membership(Yearly,Monthly and lifetime)
- Creating at website for school
- creating some social networking gropu to pass the messages to all the old students.
- We need to find out do we have nay funds available from Government.We have to followup to get those fund to make use for school development.
- Formation of Teams
- March with flags in all Viiliages to spread the news
- Formation and registration of Association.
- We have to felicitate the people who started to establish this school and land donors.
- Computer education and soft skills for two or three outgoing batches for their better career opertunities
- All age group people to be involved in all stages to get better progress for the school
- Health and sanitation to be take care at School
- Drinking water fecility to be provided to the school students
- Association policies and goals to be defined for better association management.
- Power and electricity facility to be provided at School
- Basic needs to be provided to the school students
- Games and sports education improvment
- How effectively we can involve current students in our association to continue the activities
- Drop outs data collection and make sure that they will continue their studies.
- Fund mobilization
- Cultural Activities
- Forming volunteers for each village to collect the data of the old students and to pass the information to those people.
- Creating blog and social networking group to communicate top all the old students who are settled in places
- Gathering old to students to take some career oriented classes to students monthly ones.
- Greenery to be improved
- School premises to be maintained clean.
- No political involvement is encouraged
- We have to adopt some poor students for education and to avoid drop outs
- We need to encourage students in sport, merit and etc...
Till now we conducted five to six meetings.......
